The details

Terms of Service.

A shared understanding for artists and supporters.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. You're also responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.

Your content

Artists own the content they upload to IndieHue. That doesn't change by uploading it here.

You give us a limited licence for one purpose only: to host, display and deliver your content on your own published page and through your own direct sales. We don't use it to promote IndieHue, we don't create derivative works from it, and we don't license it to anyone else.

The licence ends when you remove the content. Removing it from your page removes our permission to use it.

Using IndieHue

Use IndieHue in a way that's respectful and legal. Don't misuse the platform, interfere with anyone else's access, or upload content you don't have the rights or permissions to use.

Payments & subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. When you subscribe or make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to allow the applicable fees to be charged.

Artists connect their own Stripe account to sell directly, and payments for those sales go to the artist. Payment processing fees apply. Plan details and pricing may change over time; we'll tell you before a change affects what you pay.

Leaving IndieHue

You can close your account at any time.

Your published page stays live exactly as you last published it. Closing your account locks the builder — you stop being able to edit or publish changes — but it does not take your page down, and it does not alter what's already public. If you want your page removed, that's a separate request and we'll do it.

You can export your content and your supporter data at any time, before or after closing.
