What to email about

• —Your account, or trouble signing in.
• —Something wrong with your page, your music or your merch.
• —Payments, payouts and your Stripe connection.
• —Exporting your content or your supporter list.
• —Removing your page, or anything about your data.

Anything else is fine too. If you're not sure whether something is a problem, it's worth an email.

What helps us help you

Send the email address on your account, and the link to your page if the question is about it. If something went wrong, telling us what you were doing at the time is usually enough for us to find it.

Your data

You can export your content and your supporter list at any time from your own account — you don't need us for that. If you want your page taken down, or your information removed, email us and we'll do it.

One thing worth knowing: if an artist has already exported a supporter list containing your details, we can't reach into their copy. That request has to go to the artist. The Privacy Policy explains why.
